We realise that buying online can result in items not being right or not fitting properly, therefore we offer a 14 day refund policy from the day of delivery. This is providing the item is returned in the condition it was received or if the item arrived with an obviuos manufacturing fault. Postage to be paid for by the buyer unless a faulty product. Returned items must still have attatched all the original packaging and tags. If tags are removed the item is deemed to have been accepted. Once the item is retured and checked by us a full refund can be issued or a replacement sent out if there is one available. Please contact us as soon as possible to quickly sort out any problems you may have.
